FIRST AID
During the event, first aid and medical services are available around the clock (24/7). Medical care is provided by the volunteer medical team of the Hungarian Reformed Church Aid and the Johanniter Support Service. In case of emergency, dial +36 30 610 0379 or look for the tent ELSŐSEGÉLY (FIRST AID) at the “Lehetőségek Piaca” (Market of Opportunities). Also, watch out for ticks in the festival. One of their favorite spots is tall grass area. If you need help removing a tick, please find the assistants at the First aid tent!
INFORMATION BOOTHS
Do you have a question regarding the program, venue or something else? Visit the Information booth where volunteers are at your disposal every day between 07:30 - 21:30 at the edge of the Market of Opportunities. Additionally, you can find till Thursday at Registration as well.
Would you like to charge your phone? You can do that in both Information booths! Did you lose something? You can pick it up or drop off any items you have found at the Information booth close to the DRHE stage.
Pre-registration for programs is possible at the Information booth close to the DRHE stage, except for those which a different location has been announced for. Find more information on the website!
Are you looking for a safety deposit box? Ask our volunteers!
CARE FOR CREATION
At Starpoint we care for the created world and we do selective waste collection. Please throw away trash in the right container and drink from reusable cups at the Cafés too!
